The Posture Fit feature is what makes the Aeron the most comfortable to sit in even for extended hours. It supports the way one?s pelvis naturally tilts forward since it helps the spine stay aligned thereby avoiding back and neck pain. A chair should conform to the contours of the user and relieve the pressure points and heat build-up that cause aches, pains and fatigue which most people associate with desk jobs. The Pellicle material which is a specially woven seat and back suspension material developed for Aeron by Dupont does what cushions cannot. It conforms to one?s body contours and cradles it; maintaining even pressure across one?s body preventing perspiration build-up at the same time.
